摘要：
在阐述了体育公共服务体育主要特征、基本特征、基本职能、基本架构的基础上,提出发展体育公共服务的目标任务,完善体育公共服务体系的支持与保障系统,并构建了体育公共服务绩效评估方法。
Abstract：On the basis of elaborating on the main features,basic characteristics,principal functions and basic structure of sports public service system,the article sets forth the tasks of developing sports public service,the perfection of support and security mechanism of the sports public service system and the performance evaluation methods of sports public service.
