摘要:

通过对上海击剑队男子重剑项目的核心力量训练,提高运动员的核心力量,从而提高击剑运动员的技战术水平和运动成绩,为我国击剑运动项目的可持续发展进行有益的探索。

Abstract:

A study was made on the core strength training of the male epeeists in Shanghai Fencing Team so as to improve the core strength of the fencers and enhance their level of skill and tactics as a result.The paper tries to find a way for the sustainable development of fencing in China.
